I once ref'd for an Under 10s game and it was horrific! screaming parents and plenty of wrong decisions.

I am qualified George. An I’ve been put on a centre of excellence course. Which has given me a current prem official as a mentor. I’ve asked him if he would do the article boys.

Think most of us would be intrigued to hear from an officials point of view, as people who often receive flak of nothing (when doing a good job) it'd be nice to get their voice (s) heard.

Also well done on progressing through the refereeing ranks, a thankless job but one that needs to be done - we salute you.
