Thanks Ed. How did Osvaldo ever make it as a professional footballer, the man lacks any kind of maturity and generally does not care about anyone but himself. He obviously had talent at some stage, otherwise he wouldn't have played for those big clubs. Just a stinking attitude.

What a lovely story about Lennart Thy, thanks for that Ed001 I never watch the awards and it was in none of the coverage.

And the contrast with Neymar and Osvaldo couldn't be more stark.

It's not surprising what is happening with Neymar. When you're a money making machine, you'll always attract leaches and parasites that will find ways to siphon of some of that money and give you the worst advice and lifestyle plans possible; family and friends more than anybody else. We've seen it in al kinds of professional sports and athletes for decades and there's no reason it will ever stop. One thing is for sure, I think. He can kiss those expected "Player of the Year" awards goodbye if he doesn't do a 180 degree turn and get his act together, on all fronts.
