Morning Ed’s and Reds. Thanks for the review. Can you see West Ham stay at this stadium for the foreseeable asthe fans cannot stand it. I know the board would rather it on a commercial level but I can’t see a day where they will regard it as home. Shame as I used to love West Ham away.

{Ed001's Note - the board won't move when they get such a sweet deal.}

Morning Reds.
The London Stadium deal is shocking; the cheapest rent deal in the whole of London.
Having said that, the area around Stratford has seen major investment and improvement but, on the downside, is another unfortunate example of gentrification that has out-priced many local people.
I did think West Ham would really push on after their move, and I do still see them as an attractive purchase for any billionaires out there. Perhaps Usmanov?

{Ed001's Note - good spot, it is the OK USA guy from Bloodsport.}

25p and a warning? You're optimistic, it's usually either/ or!

{Ed001's Note - good point.}

A worrying precedent set there in the Marseille case. That was the opportunity to make a firm stand for the future. Shame.

Thanks for the update Ed. The Duffy rumours had been swirling around the club for a few weeks. It looks like a great appointment. It will be interesting to see what changes if any filter through to the academy. Temp manager Russ Milton did a great job winning 2 out of 3 league games. Things looking a little bit brighter at Cheltenham.

{Ed001's Note - I can't think of a better choice for them than Duffy to be honest.}

Cheers Ed mate, I've not done too much today, just went to visit some colleagues because I was bored out of my head (got up to early) so spent a few hours there, home now chilling waiting for my lad to get home from school :) .

How you doing Tris, having a good day I hope?

{Ed001's Note - it's ok just longggggg. I got lost in one of those research wormholes earlier when I got distracted while doing research and wasted hours reading about something completely unrelated and useless really.}

Hahaha it's too easy to do so isn't it Ed mate, far too easy! I had to do a course the other month and some of the modules were online based and I kept getting distracted by googling irrelevant sh*t! I did my own head in lol!

{Ed001's Note - it is the most difficult thing of all keeping focused online.}
