Enjoyed that, especially the fullback comparisons. He may never move, but I’d love to see Kieran Tierney in any of the top four leagues. There’s a risk he might lose that edge he has playing for a club he loves so dearly but a stronger level of competition might allow him to develop even further.

{Ed001's Note - he is defo good enough to play in a tougher league, but I doubt he will move for a few more years.}

Love these, nice one Ed1, I haven't read the latest editions but will do tonight when I'm chilled out. Thanks mate.

{Ed001's Note - just glad people enjoy them.}

Thoroughly enjoyable read Ed, I’d be interested to know how many of us are old enough to know who Inspecter Clouseau is!

{Ed001's Note - a fair few are ancient. Ed025 remembers when he was just a cadet.}

Great one, Ed. Robbo over Mendy, any day. Why? Mendy could not defend against a chair while Robbo shuts suckers down like Sterling, Bernardo Silva or Michal Antonio.

Loved the comparison between R9 and CR7, which I agree with completely. Ronaldo was far better than most people give him credit for. If he had had a normal lengthy career without the knee injuries and thyroid gland problems, who knows what heights he could have scaled? The Brazilian "lifestyle" didn't help too much either. But I stil place him in the top 5 of the best ever (along side Pele, Maradona, Cruyff and Messi) .
