Ok ed02 sometime back I asked you like around February. who dk you feel is better? Eric Bailly or VVD?
I personally feel its not even a contest to be honest! every manu fan i meet feels their guy is honest but some of the numbers of ours since vvd has joined defensively has been really good. your opinion will be the actual thing so what your opinion mate?

He’s a special player; the fee we paid is a reflection of his ability.

Certainly no bargain but an exceptional signing. Probably our best with Salah in the last 10 years.

Has anybody seen him in the flesh. The guy is an absolute monster in real life. He Looks big on TV but blimey the lads built like an American Fridge Freezer.

I absolutely love Big Virg, he's added so much since he's come in and I'd say he's got the edge in that contest (although, I'm sure there's an element of bias there) .

I do also really rate Bailly too. I think he's had some issues with injuries, but he's their best defender in my estimations. He's also pretty young, so he should only get better.

Bailly is too rash and lacks the technique of VVD. VVD is a colossus of a centre back. Best since Hyypia.

Eric is the best partner in the league.

Vvd is the best leader in the league.

If we had snatch Bailly from villa and could have partnered him with vvd then oh my giddy ant, best partnership in the world.

But fear not Gomez could get to Bailly level in a few years.

He's brilliant ed, not a leader, but name a better partner for vvd.

He had Lovren looking like Maldini. Lovren, Bailly, these players need good leaders next to them to make them flourish.

I’m with you Ed there. I’ve watched Bailly closely since he joined Utd because I was being told he will be the best in the league. I’ve not seen 1 bit of evidence to suggest that will ever happen.

Not my cup of tea, has a tendency to rely o blame pace to recover instead of anticipating danger . Eds did mention a while ago that most if not all moder defenders struggle with that.

Sorry must of watched the wrong team get to the champions league final, shut out man city and barely concede a goal from when vvd joined.

My point is Lovren is good, Bailly is better, if vvd turned Lovren into a better defender than we all expected then what could he do with Bailly next to him.
