Cheers Ed001 another cracking read. I wonder how much Balotelli is regretting his past antics now it looks like clubs won’t touch him with a barge pole. What’s your thoughts on Karius Move to Turkey? I know it’s an extremely hostile place in some of the grounds. I really hope this move works out for the lad.

{Ed001's Note - Mario had a chance to move to Marseille (I think) but none of the big European clubs were interested.

Karius needs to move on for his own sake, somewhere like that would be good for him as they will love him there.}

{Ed001's Note - I found that bit bizarre, that whole theory has been debunked a thousand times now in numerous sports and prisons that have tried it. It actually has been shown to be counterproductive in most of the trials.}

Great read ed, thanks. I don't understand how Kenedy escaped retrospective action for that kick, clear, blatant, off the ball. The FA's excuse that a free kick was rewarded is pathetic as the free kick was for the foul prior to the kick. These decisions are ridiculous, when every fan, manager of both teams and every neutral can see it's a clear red, how do the FA get it so wrong all the time.

{Ed001's Note - I don't know mate. I thought it was a wind up when I first saw a report saying the FA had said they won't act on it. It was only after I read it a number of times from people like the BBC that I realised it was genuine. It is odd. If the ref had awarded the free kick for that, then he should be sacked for not sending him off.

One thing though, if the ref admits he either never saw it or (as if!) admits he made a mistake, they can then act.}

The situation with Kenedy is just crazy. If the rules don't allow for the correct outcome then the FA are the ones to change them. so just change them. How can anyone get away with a clear act of violence that is broadcasted to millions. The referee clearly didn't see it properly or he would have got a red. STUPIDITY of the highest order. Change the f. g rules! SIMPLE.

{Ed001's Note - you can't just change the laws of the game. They are agreed at the start of the season for the season. They could change them for next season though. Referees get round it by using a different 'interpretation' of the law to suit whatever mistake they are trying to cover up.}
