Any news on a potential CB coming in? Klopp must surely see the lack of depth at the position. I like Gomez, and Matip was good for a season, but they cannot keep fit long enough to be solid backups.

We have 5 CBs already you can’t bring more in without selling first. Also the lack of any links to a CB probably tells a story. I know there were spurious Vida stories but I can’t see a CB coming in or any player to be fair, I’m pretty sure we’re done.

If the club could've sold Matip and Klavan, then bringing in a CB would've been the thing to do. Not criticising anyone at the club, but that's what I would have done.
And while still sounding like Oliver Twist, I would like to see a Number 10. I don't see how Henderson-Fabinho helps to break teams that park the bus. But that's just me.

I understand that Den, but going into a season with only 2 fit CB's worrying imo. Klavan is a good backup and lovren has improved immensely over the last season. Matip is made of glass, and gomez always seems to be out injured. CB if not this season should be a priority for the next. Jonathan Tah or Koulibaly would be perfect.

That’s 12 options for the games we play a front 4 with a 10 and 5 of them can play the 10 role.

There's Philips and Masterson has been on the fringes of the first team for 2 seasons now. Our CB situation is not as bad as many make it sound.
