Fekir was left out of the game last night! Talks are that he is off Chelsea! I really hope this is wrong and we have a huge deadline day surprise on our hands!

I don't think we have the space in the squad for him, if he were to come and be a regular starter then it would mean players like Shaqiri, Sturridge, Lallana, Gini, Milner, would have very limited game time and perhaps not make most matchday squads. I don't think that'd be very good for the squad harmony!

Also we can only have a squad of 25 players so we'd need to sell a lot of players before signing anyone!

I think most fans want Fekir to join just because they don't want him to go elsewhere to be honest, but i really don't think we need him.

If I would've had a choice between Fekir and Shaqiri then obvìously I'd have taken Fekir. I didn't want Shaqiri but then again I didn't want Ox. To be fair I'm sure fans will love Shaqiri of he can build on what he's been doing in pre season. For me, Shaqiri and Sturridge along with Naby Keita have been amongst our most impressive players this pre season.
