Question for ed002 if I may with an attacking midfielder looking unlikely (fekir) do you think taa could be used in this position this season. A new Stevie g if you like. Thanks in advance sir.

I think for now, he should earn his stripes at right back. He’s got time to learn the defensive sides which will help in long run, and hopefully improve his attacking play too. Maybe he will stay there, maybe not!

More likely Keita takes on that role, or perhaps Shaqiri or Lallana. We have plenty of options without taking away our best RB IMO.

Whilst I do think in the long term Trent will move into midfield he should be kept rb for the near future he is gaining excellent experience.

Stevie g only played rb a handful of times. I think the longer trent plays rb the more that is how he will be viewed, especially after playing for England in that role.

I've seen him play in midfield once and he wasn't that great. Not bad but not amazing. If he's going to make the step to midfield it should be done soon if not then rbs are just as important as a Ms and he will probably end up one of the best rbs around.

He is playing regularly at RB, and that’s what he really needs. We are already over run with midfielders and can’t see him pushing any of the starters out for game time. Keep him at RB for me.

Stevie G? Chill out, OP. You're getting ahead of yourself, my friend. As for TAA, he is playing right back right now and still has a lot to learn and prove as a footballer so he should be left there to learn the game and when the time is right, he will make the transition IF transition there needs to make.
