Ed0025,

What do you make of our transfer business so far this summer and how do think Everton are doing in 5he market, bit OTT for Richarlison?

Crooky.

{Ed025's Note - i think liverpool have bought brilliantly crooky and see them as the major threat to city this coming season, we have been a bit slow in the market to be honest but that is with changing manager, DOF and the world cup effect i suspect mate richarlison is way over the top but i see it as partly compensation for silva and to keep them sweet mate..

Transfer fees are a thing of the past now. I believe we should be more worried about player wages.

Look at Raheem Sterling. Pep wants rid but which club will be willing to even match his obscene wages.

Let's not forget, player wages make up majority of club expenditure.

Who would have thought that Max Meyer is struggling to find a club LOL.

I think he'll do well at Everton. Got the feeling he didn't like it at Watford. I remember watching focus when they signed him. Watford keeper (gomez? ) was showing richarlison round and his phone rang, troy Deene comes running over going "that's a fine! Yeah, he's fined" commentator asks how much yye fine is a Deene says "£100"

What a way to treat your new signing.

I also think Deeney is a bully who didn't like it when the new lad was getting all the praise. Stopped playing him in and always pushed him out wide with his passes.

It's too much money really but I think hell do well.

Thing is Ed25 in my opinion, if he is coached well, he could be worth that 50 million and then some in a couple of years mate. I think the lad will do well at Everton. Good luck to the lad, he has time on his side to start fresh and make a name for himself which I believe he will.

{Ed025's Note - i would like to think so salah and we are backing silva,s judgement which shows some trust from the owners mate, but time will tell as it always does..

He’s a good fit for Everton. They need something to give them midfield spark. Fee is bonkers.

True Ed25 mate, I like Silva, as I said the other day on the Everton page, success won't come overnight but I do believe if fans are patient enough, Silva will help Everton incredibly. Once he's got HIS desired team which will take a good few transfer windows then I see you doing really well. Good luck to Everton mate, well unless it's against Liverpool of course ;) .

{Ed025's Note - of course mate...cheers..

I rate him, his finishing was poor, but he improves that a bit and he has enough chances last season to score 10/ 15.

Everton will do well to keep Lookman even if they get Richarlison. Lookman has that X factor to change games single handedly and will be a big player if managed properly. Them two on the wings will give Everton a lot of firepower and pace upfront.

{Ed025's Note - keeping lookman will be the problem IB, the guy wants assurances for game time and thats not forthcoming at the moment so he could very well be playing elsewhere this season, shame really as i think he is talented but you cant have the lunatics running the asylum so im with silva mate..

You have lunatics running the asylum when u sign players like Balotelli, Benteke etc. Lookman just wants some assurances over game time and he has the talent to back it up. He was very good for RBL last season and Silva should give him those assurances as Everton have a damn good young winger on their hands. The kid will be worth more than 50 million pounds by next summer if he plays regularly.

{Ed025's Note - unfortunately IB i dont make them decisions, but what i will say is that a succession of everton managers have failed to give him a run in the side, now i dont know if that says more about him or them, im a fan but dont pretend to know what goes on behind the scenes mate, i really hope he stays but we have to back the manager as he sees him day in day out..
