Well, all I can say that I am getting really pumped up about the season ahead. Is there going to be a team better equipped than ours?

LFC have sent a message out of intent and that they mean business. i really do not think the transfer window has ended for us yet.

Lallana no speed and injury prone

Just to add I'm more than happy with the summer and the squad looks fantastic but any injuries to the front 3 and we will suffer.

Shaqiri is adequate cover for any of the front 3, if he knuckles down and doesn't show any laziness or attitude problems.
Fekir (if signed) will also be another who can play in any of the front 3 positions. Short up top my hairyaunt.

I get where Lavers is coming from. I have a concern that if Bobby is injured we don't have the necessary quality, in a central striking role, to replace him.
That said, we appear to have attempted to cover the main deficiencies in the starting eleven during this window and am delighted with the ambition shown.
