Thanks ed! Regarding Harry Wilson, do you think Derby is the right move for him? I thought swansea would have been best given Graham Potter's ability to develop players.

{Ed001's Note - hard to say, personally I thought he was ready for the Prem and should be in the squad.}

Perhaps we could offer Heimir Hallgrimson an office at the new Kirkby complex. He’d be kept busy with Klopp, Firmino et al.

Morning Ed, thanks for the review. I have a couple of questions for you if you don't mind?

1) Compared to some of Europe's lesser leagues (French, Dutch, Belgium) where do you think the Championship ranks in quality. I ask because we often see championship clubs signing players from these leagues. Is it quality based or because of the money?

2) Apologies in advance, but are you able to confirm if we have bid for Allisson?

Thanks mate, have a good day.

{Ed001's Note - 1) It is much richer than them due to the money filtering down from the Prem. In terms of quality it has the potential to be on a par, but the physicality of it lowers the ability of players to produce the quality they have.

2) Bids are a very rare thing. We have made contact about it, but that's as far as it has got, I believe.}

Interesting ed. Its hard for us to understand the diff between buds and contact when all we have to go on are the usual places that talk so much crap. We are all thinking at this stage we have bid but are a little way from were we need to be to have a chance. Reality is we have asked of his availability but no more.

{Ed001's Note - I would literally ignore any talk of bids as they are almost unheard of these days. Teams talk and agree terms usually, rather than someone sending a bid over.}

Cheers buddy, thanks for the replies. Do you think that these players should spend more time within their own leagues then, rather than moving to England's lower leagues?

{Ed001's Note - they are perfectly within their rights to get the money on offer. They can earn many times as much money in the Championship and they learn a new style of football.}

{Ed001's Note - cheers mate you too.}

Ed with regards to Wilson did the club push him to go on loan or was it him asking for regular first team football? Seems to me he’s not a youngster anymore and had he stayed opportunities would be limited.

{Ed001's Note - it was a chance for him to get regular football, all parties were keen on the move.}

Thanks ed1, shame there hasn’t been any mega loan fees again haha

can’t believe how stubborn that Chris Giwa is though, banned by FIFA but still thinks he’s in charge and is potentially costing the country any involvement in any international competitions? Step down you selfish thing wow!

{Ed001's Note - I don't know, he did win an election, so maybe he has a point.}

Ahh I just googled the full story, didn’t realize what had fully happened. Sounds confusing and a bit broken o. O
Do you think FIFA would follow through and impose the ban?

{Ed001's Note - probably, Nigeria do not contribute much money to the coffers so they don't care about them.}

How on earth do you spend half a million looking for a sponsor, someone sucks at their job.

{Ed001's Note - depends on if their job is to siphon huge sums from the taxpayer into big business or not?}
