Ed001 just got a text from a mate of mine saying David Maddock (whoever he is) tweeted that Fekir has pleaded with the Lyon president to still let him join Liverpool. Dunno if BS or not Ed just thought I'd let you know mate.

Of true, I'm glad fekir is so passionate about us and not just the Premier league in general. I've been a bit on/ off about him, I thought 60 mil was too much. 48mil is more like it. Now, I hope he signs.

He seems like his heart is set on us and we should be chuffed a player of his quality wants to play for us. He scored 18 goals in 31 games for Lyon last season that’s not bad for an attacking midfielder. A midfield of Naby, Fab, The Ox and Fekir would give me Kleenex days and nights.
