Yes Keita! Welcome to lfc son. Can’t wait to see him rip the EPL up and drag us closer to the title next season.

That shirt looks boss on him. I can't wait to see him in action. The only non Liverpool player I have kept an eye on properly for 2 seasons so I'm really chuft at this signing, I never would've imagined us signing him. It doesn't matter who else comes in. This is our biggest and most important signing imo, the difference he will make will be incredible.

Welcome to Liverpool lad, YNWA.

{Ed002's Note - It is refreshing that he does not want to use Liverpool as a stepping stone to Real Madrid or Barcelona. He needs to sort himself out on and off field and get his act together, and he will be a good asset. Else Liverpool can maybe make a profit by selling him to his dream club Manchester City.}

Ed you're going to make the site go bloody mental with that last sentence lol. How are you Ed2? hope all is well!

{Ed002's Note - He has not hidden his desire.}

Liverpool supporter. nothing or no one can put a dampener on this signing. Absolutely terrific player, Klopp factor again.

But I thought Real Madrid had already bought him off us for twice what we paid?

;-)

Ed002 did man city ever show any interest in keita?

{Ed002's Note - Not as I recall, but I am in the pub.}

Ed your the master at trying to wind us up but pretty sure he's a red and couldn't give a toss where he wants to play because he is playing at anfield and that's that.

{Ed002's Note - It is fine, I tell you the truth and it is bile in return.}

I thought I read somewhere he followed Barcelona as a youngster and Deco was his favourite player. My mrs has been saying my heads been up my arse lately so maybe I was dreaming.

Well chuffed, type of signing that can be the difference between 1st and 2nd.

Agreed PH, he really is. We've needed somebody like Keita for a long time.

I don't think I've ever heard anyone say 'Man City' is their dream club over the age of 10.

Ed2, where is the boil in any of those posts, everyone acting very mannerly mate, maybe you’ve had one too many in the pub mate lol.

{Ed002's Note - what are you talking about.}

Pretty sure i heard Robbie Keane say it once.

Noones giving bile ed. We love you lad.

All I'm saying is I couldn't give to toffees were nabs wants to play because has signed with us and will be playing at anfield regardless. Can dream of city all he wants and if they want to pay 150 mil they can have him.

There struggling abiy yo afford jorginho for 50 mil though so hope nabs doesn't hold out to much for them because they won't be able to afford him.

"Well chuffed, type of signing that can be the difference between 1st and 2nd. "

We finished fourth!

This guy can be that catalyst though. He could have that Cantona effect IF he has the right players around him.

To be fair to ed 002 he has said previously he wants to play for city last year.

My question to you is do you think we are seeing players less driven to go to their favourite club due to emotional attachment but more looking for the best financial business decision?

We could swap him for KDB.

The only players who describe Man City as their dream club are either mercenaries or Manchester born.
