One thing coutihno offered which I would like our next number ten to bring is the ability too shoot from range, coutihno must be in top 3 long range shooters in the world, also his free kicks are of an excellent level, we haven't really got anyone in current squad who has the ability to shoot from range which is very useful for variety in our play.

No they can shoot I agree, but I am talking world class ability too produce magic out of nothing, I am talking Gerrard, coutihno, Suarez type ability, Trent is a right back so won't get as many chances too shoot an yes keita will add more in that department, just coutihno whipped them in from everywhere.

The way I look at it is, it's not really much of a big deal, we scored for fun last season, it doesn't matter how they are scored, if the ball is going in who cares from how far it is? I don't.

Keita is good for long shots though, especially just on the edge of the box and what I love about him is he isn't wasteful, he'll shoot when he thinks he has a good chance to score otherwise he'll pass to somebody else, unlike Coutinho who, like Ed says, wasted so many chances. Coutinho was very selfish at times, people have short memories.

I agree Brisbane, TAA on set pieces for me too, I'm also hoping we can see him in the midfield from time to time rotating with Fabinho.

Ed I agree he did waste a lot yes, but he was lethal an getting better all the time as he started too show with Barcelona some really world class strikes not many players can match . I jus want us too have more variety too our play as last season I think at times as amazing as we were, there were times when we struggled an looked predictable if the front 3 didn't fire.

No ed I ain't whining at all just sometimes it can be the difference in winning a game that moment of genius or pure quality when a game is tight .

{Ed001's Note - sometimes it is better when you lose a player like that, Gerrard or Bryan Robson, who was another one. They are so good that the whole team becomes reliant on them and constantly gives them the ball and stands back. You need the whole team to take on the responsibility, rather than being dominated by one big star player. They cast a big shadow which makes it difficult for other players to emerge or take any kind of control of a game.}

Very true ed I get were u coming from completely, hopefully this season or next we will have a squad of players that are a world class team and don't have too rely on individuals like in the past as we all know it's been the case over the last 20 years barring a couple of seasons in late 2000s when we had Alonso, mascerano, Gerrard, hyppia, Torres etc . This current 1st 11 is quality hope we can add too it and progress consistently as we have been doing .
