Thanks for the update Ed.

Happy news about Brewster, I hope he can live up to the hype!

{Ed001's Note - I just worry about Klopp playing him to keep him happy, rather than because he deserves the chance. That could become an issue.}

Morning Ed, cheers mate. Hope it's a great day for you and everybody else!

{Ed001's Note - thank you mate.}

Cheers for that ed. can't believe a player refusing to come on for their country. Spot on by the manager to send him home.

{Ed001's Note - he is a bit of an arse anyway apparently. His time at Blackburn Rovers was peppered with him doing similar things.}

Thanks ed. FGR seventh signing, just staggering. Would have loved to have seen Lemar at LFC. Never mind. Have a good one boys.

{Ed001's Note - lower league clubs seem to have shifted to short term contracts for players, so they are seeing massive turnover in playing staff each season now. I guess it is better than being financially crippled by a player on a long term contract that they get stuck with.}

Hopefully Brewster jumps at the chance, works his socks off and doesn't take it for granted like you said. I'd love a player coming through the ranks next season! A few times last season we had Woodburn on the bench say 3-0 up with 15 to play and I was urging klopp to bring him on, but it didn't happen much.

{Ed001's Note - it is frustrating, but I hope Klopp knew what he was doing.}

Ed do you think Brewster will be ahead of Ings, Solanke, Woodburn etc next season?

{Ed001's Note - Woodburn is not a striker, but yes, he will probably be ahead of Ings and Solanke. I expect Ings to leave, though the player himself would prefer to stay.}

It'd make sense now if Ings left actually considering Brewster has his new deal, I'd like to see both him and Solanke given more of a chance next season, fingers crossed for the lads and good luck to Ings should he end up elsewhere, always liked Ings but he's just had his fair share of bad luck here unfortunately.

Cheers for the update ed as per usual best way to start my morning lol
Brewster seems very impatient but most kids are nowadays
I like him he seems to have a bit of pace and can finish but first team worthy not sure about that tbh.

{Ed001's Note - he has real quality but not sure he is ready either. Only one way to find out though.}

Firmino, Solanke and Brewster is a bit of risk to have such untested backup strikers on the bench, but I’d be fine with that if we have a top player coming in who can play out wide (eg fekir) as Salah and Mane can also play through the middle if required.

Fekir is capable of playing up front too.
