I can't read this until later on Ed1 mate but had a quick glimpse, very happy to see Shaqiri and Wilshere part of it though. They're quite possibly the very first two I'd of added to an Overrated Premier League XI. Nice one mate, I look forward to checking this out later.

I would swap Moreno for Alonso! It doesn’t matter if He played or not! He is still terrible. He could even concede penalties from the bench! The rest are good choices!

Harry it's an over rated XI. Moreno isn't over rated. I don't know anybody who thinks He's anything more than useless to average.

Just have to have a few words here.

Schmeichel lol you know what, it really frustrates me when people think he's a good keeper. All people do is bring up about him winning the league with them, that's all they have! I've even seen it on here, some people calling for him to be signed with us? I mean, I just don't know anymore if people think this man good enough for us.

Jack Wilshere, don't even get me started. Sometimes I really question if anybody has even watched him play, infact I've questioned it a lot. At one point he looked 'really promising' not my words, but many peoples. Since when did he look really promising? and the future top talent etc etc, he's simply bloody terrible. He's another one who some people have said they'd like him at Liverpool lol please.

And finally, Shaqiri, the recent links to do concern me. I've always supported anybody who comes in but I can't support him because to be quite frank I can't stand the man. I don't know who he thinks he is yet some people say it'd be a bargain us getting him for the price rumoured lol have they not seen him play? he's the opposite of what we want at Liverpool. I won't bitch and moan if he joins but I don't want him to join, I feel he'd be a negative impact on the team, he's got a big mouth and he thinks he's better then what he is. Problem here is, too many other people think he's better then what he is too, that's probably why he's so up himself thinking he's better all of the time. If he had the right attitude, I genuinely believe he could be a good player but you can't polish a turd.

I agree with all Ed, a great read mate as always, just had to point out the 3 most obvious, to me.

I wondered if I could ask, would there be any chance of a similar article only, the most underrated? would be interesting to see the 11 you'd choose.

I know I'll get slaughtered but Virgil Van Dijk would make my team ahead of Shawcross, Tris.

He's a very good player but he has glaring weaknesses, poor work ethic, and somehow managed to command a £70m transfer with about £20m in additional costs, and a reported £200k a week as a supposedly world class defender. As i say, he's very good (better than i thought to be honest) but I still don't even consider him top class if I'm honest.

MK, Though I'd still put Shawcross ahead of VVD on this one, VVD makes it close for me too. VVD is often looked at as 'world class' etc, we've heard it all. He is good there's no doubt about that but people think he's something special and he's not there just yet. I think it's because of his price tag people automatically assume he's gods gift and I don't think many people watch him closely enough. Don't get me wrong I do rate the lad, more then I did before he joined but not quite as much as some rate him.

Looking forward to the underrated version of this Ed1 mate!
