I have an awful feeling Salah may never fully recover mentally from last night. He had the hopes of a city and a nation on his shoulders and I will be gutted for him if he doesn't get to play in the World Cup. It will be a challenge to get to the level of this season again anyway, but after riding that high, how do you get back to that after such disappointment. Furthermore, shoulder injuries can last a while, I did a similar thing myself and still feel it now, I didn't get world class Physio treatment mind! I hope he comes back stronger and continues this run, but it will be a challenge.
I also fear that this result may turn his head a little more towards Madrid.

{Ed002's Note - Maybe Dr Klopp should have been so quick to tell the world how serious his injury is?}

All I know is that Ramos meant that and no amount of fake apologies on his part change that.

Actually Firmane, why would he want to go and play in a team where a player intentionally set out to take him out of the game by foul means and potentially cost him a place at the World Cup?

Yeah I bet he can’t wait so go and join the team with the player who just probably accidentally injured him to make him miss the final and then the World Cup etc. Don’t worry salah has showed he’s strong mentally already coming back to England to prove he can play etc.

I think Salah will go to the World Cup. I'm hoping that the injury is not as serious as it could be and it's just a knock. Worst case he goes and plays when not fully fit and aggrivates it or makes it worse.

Turn his head towards Madrid? He may never recover? Jesus what nonsense do people spout on here at times. We lost a football game. End off. If anyone in the team wants to leave, let them leave. They will be replaced. The issue wasn’t Salah getting injured, the issue was we didn’t have anyone of similar calibre to come on. This can be addressed in the summer. Stop over analysing evertything and making it doom and gloom. Keita is coming in, looks like Fekir also, new top class goalkeeper (hopefully) and potentially a Dembele or similar. All points to a positive future. Every player from last night should be proud and learn from the experience, including Karius. We mourn today and then tomorrow we look at how we can improve. Onwards and upwards!

There was no accident there Jezza. Ramos knew what he was doing.

{Ed025's Note - he did deliberately drag him down by linking his arm FMS but i doubt he meant to hurt him mate..

I'll be fine and will bounce back stronger then ever!

Come on mate, Salah is a very strong individual, I think it's a bad injury and personally I think he'll be out of the WC which is absolutely terrible news for the man but he'll bounce back. Come August we'll see him scoring left right and centre again.
