Zeddicus, I messaged my mate about Piamonti and his reply was basically that he's only seen him come on as a sub once, and that he looked like a target man. Not very quick but big and strong apparently. He doesn't know anything about him other than that as he said he doesn't pay much attention to the youth teams.

Like I posted, we didn't do too badly with the last youngster we got from Milan, but its all part of the fun!

I fear this may mean that Klopp's not been able to convince Brewster to stay and (hopefully) be part of the first team squad.

We'll wait and see :)

Yeah It's be great if he was even half the player Coutinho was! I looked him up myself and saw that he scored 6 goals in 6 UEFA youth league games. Of course, they could have all been ricochets in off his backside, but that sounds promising at least. Assuming we are even interested that is. The OP seemed legit though.

I'll keep an eye out for him in the U19 UEFA Championship this summer in Finland. It starts on the 16th July and Pinamonti was part of the most recent Italian u19s squad.
