So ed001,

How are you feeling about the final? Given buvacs exit and a few shaky results as of late I think it’s planted a seed of doubt in a few supporters minds.
I have to admit after city I would of taken anyone in the final but but since then I’ve started to have the occasional worry. The match is 2 weeks away and I can’t stop thinking about it already!

{Ed001's Note - sorry mate, I don't do anything like predictions, which this is dangerously near to. One game at a time.}

We're going to win it mate, I'm so confident on it. I can understand people been nervous and all, I will be on the day but I still think we'll do them, we'll be well up for it and will go all out, they will attack us, we'll counter and beat them. We've showed all season how dangerous going forward we can be, their defence won't be able to cope with our attack. What's better? Navas in goal. When you have Firmino, Salah and Mane firing at you, there's no way out.

Buvac leaving I don't think will have anything to do with any of it, it goes on the players imo and how much they want it and my word, they want this a lot we've seen this throughout the whole campaign. Real Madrid is a big named club so people are naturally worried about it but in the end of the day it's just football, and I believe we have the qualities to knock them off their perch.

I can't wait! they fancy a go against us? bring them on.

Hope your right mate.
Whilst we are on the subject, anyone know if anfield will be having the big screen up for the final?

Agree Salah. My only thought is that our counter may not be the feature we'd hope for. What I mean is, do Real actually play a decent possession game any more? I think we'll have a good amount of the ball. My hope is that we score first and they have to have a go. We saw against City what happens then.

They've been ripped apart a few times this champions league season. Tottenham and Juve spring to mind. It's 50/ 50.

If it was first 11 against first 11 I think we'd beat them but with injuries and maybe having to use the bench I think they'll beat us.
They have good talent to come off the bench who can change games where as I don't think we have anyone like that. Worst if we decide to bring Klavan on to hold onto a lead we will then be in bigger trouble as we've seen so often.
Again just my opinion.
