Chelsea drawing at home makes our result away to everton look good one point and kept team fresh for tuesday
8 points needed to guarantee champions league place for next season
Hopefully once we are in the semis we can rest players we have stoke at home in between the semis

Only two wins required and avoid defeat against Chelsea, one game at a time though and it starts on Tuesday, cannot wait and hopefully a semi final on the horizon, it is awesome being involved at the business end of the season!

We need 3rd place to be sure of CL unless we win it coz if Arsenal win Europa League then 4th place in EPL drops into Europa League.

If we were to finish 5th and win the champs league and arsenal won the Europa plus finished outside the top four, then 4th would lose their champs league place.
Any country can have a maximum of 5 entrants.
And out of the scenario above it’s most unlikely we won’t finish 5th so no need to worry ;)

If we came fifth but won CL and Arsenal won the Europa then the fourth placed team would drop out. You don't lose fourth by just Arsenal winning it.

scouseapna, This sort of comment is what frightens me the most. I have lost count over the years the amount of times we have almost celebrated a victory before a game, only to then lose. Make no mistake Tuesday is nowhere near a given, we will need to be at our absolute best to come away with a semi final place.
