I know i might be proven wrong very soon, but part of me suspects that Emre Can is pulling one over us, and will sign a new contract with LFC.

He is not good enough. Many players can do what he does, we want and need someone who is much better.

Can has BEEN gone since last summer so he's not pulling anything on anyone. Players don't have time for such things. He's gone and good luck to him for what he did for us, playing thru injury and sickness to give his all to the club. Btw, we don't get CL footie last season without Can either and that is a fact.

I wish him luck too, i do however find it a bit strange that he is talking about playing for a big club next season, can't make up my mind if its a lack of respect or whether he was asked a specific question he has simply answered.

Will we miss him, yes we will miss the can that is on form and up for it. Will we miss the inconsistent sloppy can, no. Im still not convinced by him and feel he gets the amount of game time he does because of the lack of quality we have in his position and hendo being fragile and not being able to play every game.

I think if keita hits the ground running can will not be missed, but i feel we need to replace his sheer physicality which keita certainly is not, energy yes but he is a slip of a man compared to can.

What wrong with saying that, It's a coming? Is Juve not a big club or are we going to act like they are not? LFC and Juve are institutions both domestically and internationally. All Can did was state a fact. I would not read too much into that, my friend.

Emre Can is a solid PL player but very far from irreplaceable or integral to our team. He always did his best though and that’s good enough for me. Let him go with our thanks and best wishes.

Not disputing that brover, however his inference is that we are small club hence why we don't win trophies. You should read the article in full. Like i said, i wish him well but lfc are definately on the up with klopp and we will win a trophy next season. don't know which one but its inevitable.
