Really enjoyed reading that mate. Very well written and amazing amount of statistical research. I didn't agree with everything but it was entertaining. I've not seen you write before. Any Eds got the link to part 1 as I'd love to read it?

Constructive criticisms if they are welcome? Check your facts. For example, you've listed Firmino as signing in 2013 when he actually signed in 2015 (though I reckon that was a mere typo) . Also, it was Rodgers who signed Firmino so we can't fully credit Klopp. Klopp was just the one who figured out how to use him! Easy mistake to make though buddy. I once wrote an article about centre backs and listed John Brooks as still playing for his old club! Whoops 🤦‍♂️ Only other thing (and this is hard when writing such a long article) is try not to accidentally contradict yourself. For example you explained how Milner was the most creative player in this years Champions league, and then questioned his end product later on without any elaboration. Reading between the lines, I would assume you mean his lack of goals from open play? Just needed a brief elaboration.

Would be interested in reading a similar article on the academy players if you have the time? A statistical analysis of players like Wilson, Ojo and Kent etc. You could include their youth games and loan spells? Only if you want to though. I just really enjoyed it and would like to read more from you. Thanks in advance mate! Thanks again for the brilliant read!

This made a very good read, a few minor mistakes but overall fantastic and I really enjoyed reading it, unfortunately though I can't view part 1 for some reason it comes up with a blank page. Thanks for taking your time to publish a well thought out article mate, very much appreciated.

Thanks MK and Salah. I fully agree with you MK my bad. I wrote this article over the course of a month and I rushed the proof reading before posting. As for an academy article, unfortunately I just don't know enough about them to do one. I wouldn't want to waste people's time.
