I’m looking forward to see how Suso performs against the Gooners tonight.

Suso is not a Klopp type player.

Acred, he's not a winger. Doesn't have the pace to get past his fullback, and doesn't work hard enough to offer protection to his own fullback either.
You could make a possible case as a deep lying playmaker or as the free roaming point, both in a midfield diamond.
But never in a midfield three or front three.

I think a couple of you are judging Suso on one single game. He;s better then you think, I'd love to have him back at Liverpool but sadly that seems pretty impossible. He's doing well over there so good luck to the lad.

imo Suso doesn't fit clop's inside forward role as he always comes deep looking for the ball instead of getting behind the defence. If he comes he will be playing the coutinho role.

{Ed001's Note - you need to remember what team he is playing for as well, this is a very poor Milan side, which is why I don't understand the excitement about Arsenal beating them. He is given a role to play, which does not include tracking back, he is told to hold forward, similar to the way Salah is. One of the problems Suso has had was he was too keen to work back and cover and his managers there have all asked him to just hold in the space that is left by fullbacks.}

Thar Milan side was like watching Liverpool of yore. No pace, getting murdered on the counter. I hope those days never return.
Suso played wide right for Rodgers, I particularly remember watching him at Norwich where he had Andre Wisdom as his full back. Some nice touches but it was never his position.
£40m?

after 10 minutes of the game i saw Arsenal would win, the way they by passed Milan's midfield and all of their attacking players dropped between the lines (defense and midfield) it was pretty obvious that Gatusso didn't do enough tactically. I imagine he is the type of manager that will get his players to run 20% more and give it their all but that tactically he has a lot to learn still.
