Non-football realated, but Salah is reportedly paying for the cancer treatment of a young Egyptian boy.

The more I hear about Salah the more it proves what a fantastic man he is. That is absolutely phenomenal. He donates his money constantly for good causes and proves time and time again it’s not about the money for him it’s about the football (though catching several buses over a couple of hours to training everyday as a kid proved that anyway) . It’s nice to hear there’s footballers out there doing productive charitable worker with their millions ie mata, salah, ronaldo instead of wasting it away gambling etc. Fair play to them.

Martens is one hell of a bloke too. He has twice or thrice fed the homeless in disguise.

That’s something else again koparmy. That’s him himself doing the donkey work, amazing. It’s not just footballers too I suppose we should mention. There’s lots of sportsmen and women doing charity work. Also u have the likes of Rafa and his wife who still do a lot of charity work around the city. Kudos to them all.
