A poster the other night posted a really good question that I never had time to reply to. It was just a bit of fun so thought I'd post again to get peoples answers.

If you could pick one player from the top five European countries (Germany, England, France, Spain and Italy) . You could only pick a position once.


I would have to choose.

England. Azpilicueta

Germany. Hummels

Italy. Alisson.

Spain. Isco

France. Mbappe.

why are people trying to be clever most people when asked to pick one player from spain went with isco asensio etc. really. are u really saying that L. Messi wouldn't be first pick, he is the best player in the world by a country and perhaps the best of all time and u pick isco over him. jesus isco can't hold down a place in the real madrid team.

Azpilicueta from England is also an odd shout. Do people really believe he is the best player in the prem? Would you swap him for salah? I certainly would not?

England = Salah

Italy = khiedra

Spain = Messi

Germany = tough but I'll go with mat hummels. I like lovren a lot but perhaps hummels is the player that completes liverpool defence.

France = Neymar. Horrible person but beautiful footballer.

Fruitba you obviously never seen Maradonna play stating messi is the best player ever Diego was in a different class with the footballs and pitches he played on compared to what Messi plays with and plays on worlds apart for me.

Oh I get it. If I could choose a player from each league to come to Liverpool. I thought it meant favourite player from each league. I still wouldn't pick the Chelsea cb, there are loads of players I'd pick over him. Kante, kdb, kane, matic, auberyang.

I think he went go the wrong club nostradamus, I think he is a hell of a player. I'd take him at Liverpool all day. I love salah but reckon he will be off in the summer. BTW, I think it will be a mistake for salah to leave. He thrives on the counter attack and won't do too much of that at Madrid.
