So i saw ed002 did a fantastic summary of what Real Madrid might look to do in the summer.

Dani Ceballos is apparently someone we are really interested in. What are people's opinions on him as i don't watch much La liga and rarely Betis so i have seen him play maybe 2 times for the spanish U-21 team.

What worries me is us looking at Real Madrid players when they might look to bid for Salah in the summer, its like we want them to ask about him while inquiring about Navas and Ceballos.

I have seen Cabellos a few times. He takes far too much time and too many touches and his vision is poor. Passing is average. Gets into decent position but is wasteful in the final third. Very much like Lallana except he plays deep and like to run forward. He is young and no where near a finished product.
I would stay miles way from him. Mateo Kovacic is a better and far decent option if you are looking for a CM. We are not short of young players who are struggling for games! Are we?

I don't know BD, but knowing madrid will ask 40 million or more for him we could look elsewhere. Demirbay looks decent, ed002 mentioned Strootman but that was maybe in January.

Depends on what kind of player Klopp wants. I would spend that sum on Doucoure at Wardord. No brainer and head and shoulders above both. PL proven and the boy will become a star in two years. He will fit in with our style. Him and Keita is what you call a proper double Pivot! Or if Klopp only wants a Madrid pedigree then Kovacic. Young and actually very good! Vision, technique, and goals!

Doucoure seems a very good player but is already 25 and i don't think we have shown interest. Ed002 says Kovacic is likely to go back to italy.

I agree with you Harry on Doucoure, he would add much needed quality and him with Keita would be pretty special.

Kovacic would be a fantastic signing but can't see us getting him at all. Doesn't seem to get much game time under zidane so I'd expect him to back to Italy.

Kroos is the one I'll take from that Madrid team.
He is the type of player our midfield needs.

Navas doesn't do it for me, pulls off some good saves at times but so inconsistent and his distribution is questionable also. I'd stay away from that deal.
