Reaching out for help here.

Does anyone know any pubs in or around Nottingham that will show the game on Sunday? Preferably somewhere that is also a child friendly restaurant? Maybe even one with a soft play area like most of the Fayre and Square ones have.

It's a long shot! But I'm going to miss it otherwise 😭.

Hi MK, a partial solution. if you are in Notts city centre go to Friar lane off the main square, there are a couple of places there opposite each other (Southbank and Walkabout bar) that will show the game and have big screens and a good atmosphere. However, neither seem to be child friendly, unless you class several students as children😉 . I would guess child friendly places are more likely to be out of the city centre and I don’t know any, sorry!

In the city centre? The loxley is probably your best shout, it's central, cheap enough, decent grub and a Hal decent atmosphere. Other than that, there's hooters near the train station and Yates isn't bad. Don't particularly go out much in the city so I can't be much more help I'm afraid!

The robin hood in Sherwood shows all the games and kids are welcome but no soft play or food unfortunately. There's one further up the same road the blue peter if memory serves me right, footy food and a pool table but no soft play.

looks like the best pubs with food, kids zone or soft play and the footy are all about 4 or 5 miles out of the center. There seem 2 good ones. If that's any use I will get details.

You could pick a soft play near the center and watch it on sky go (if you have of course) .

Can't help with the query sorry MK and hope you find a solution mate.

I just had to comment and laugh at the down vote of a very simple, harmless question - what pathetic lumps we frequent these sites with at times.

You're welcome buddy. Warning, you have to pay to throw the kids in the playzone! But worth it for some peace and quiet.

Might see ya in there!
