meant to add that it ain't vvds fault he's just surrounded by donkeys. the same bunch who drain the confidence out of everyone. main culprits being lovren migs and moreno. matip looks half the man he was i hope vvd the best but he needs klavan robbo and gomez alongside. the others are awful. they wouldn't get into the everton team so why do we accept the mediocity?

Lerchy, Lovren has not played in the last two games we lost one of which VVD arguably was at fault for the Swansea goal so what the heck are you on about? Seems you are just moaning for the sake of it.

Maybe experiencing the issue of trying to insert a player into a key position mid way through the season when they don't know the team and haven't fully absorbed what the rest of the unit will be doing? To which most people's response seems to be 'introduce more players! '

No defence in the world can keep goals out if the midfielders just let their men constantly make late runs into the box without tracking them back. Parts of the Swansea game we looked like we were playing the 4-0-3 formation.

Would much rather see lovren or even Klavan partner Van Dijk. Matip has shown no desire imo whereas Lovren, despite heavy criticism, seems to be really fighting for a place at the club.
