Ed considering he has been out for all the season so far an now getting injured again wudnt u say he is a bit of a liability an as we have lost coutihno we are actually counting on lallana as he is probably our most creative midfielder, for me even if he is injured or not it's naive of the club too not strengthen the squad, we have more games to hopefully come than last season and it's important too not stand still, look at man utd they have not sold players but brought in Sanchez that's being proactive, yes we got vvd but we needed him jus like we need another attacker and not in a knee jerk sort of way .

It's not so much of because someone is out for a few weeks rather his fitness is to unreliable for rest of this campaign he's missed a lot of football and the body reacts to that with niggles here and there also with the departure of phil a fit lallana would of stepped in to fill the void providing he's fit (which again isn't the case) and we are lacking a creative spark in the mould of that sort of player . I like the look of our midfield as a whole at the min but when we come up against these stubborn teams that really sit in we seem to lack the cleverness to see a pass or a flick round the right corner as proved against Swansea and many others who've chose that tactic

Surely the club have noticed this is one of the positions we need to improve on, hence why I asked could it be done now rather than the summer.

{Ed002's Note - As I said, kick the mother out, pay him up and release him from his contract. That will allow Liverpool to buy some player they don't really want - obviously they would have to find the money from somewhere - and then there are the additional wages and FFP concerns which aren't any issue just yet.

Jimmy, Klopp will not be signing players he does not want nor do panic buys to satisfy you, me or anyone. You need to understand that and move on w/ supporting the team otherwise, you will be getting the type of responses you are now getting from Ed02 and many others.

BRover what are you going on about? I've not once said anything about a panic buy or to buy someone klopp doesn't want . I simply suggested/ asked the question would we possibly rush through one with us looking light in that area rather than wait till the summer to get said player! Not every player this club makes will be a marquee signing there will be other aswell as them in the summer, so instead of gambling on someone's fitness which has so far let him down this campaign maybe bring one of these summer targets in now! With regards to ed002 response if she wants to kick him out pay him up and the club sign someone they don't want then that's entirely there choice. I'm assuming that's what ed002 wants as that response had nothing to do with the question I asked . either that or ed002 is having a bad day.

I get that ed002 I was basing my question on the fact we maybe shift one or 2 off the wage bill (sturridge markovic and a few other fringe players ) whether on loan or permanents. as the club are actively looking to offload them so it's not like it's totally out of the question said players leave is it. so maybe a simple answer of yes it possible if they move on some would of sufficed. but as I said in previous post, must be a bad day 😉.
