Your review of the game is seriously a thing of beauty, seriously almost as good as the game it self, almost. Sad how people like yourself with extreme football knowledge don't get the jobs and money they deserve, every single word you wrote is spot on! Amazing job, thank you man!

{Ed001's Note - it is a totally different job seeing what is wrong to fixing the issues. I am good at analysing things, not sure whether I would be so good at solving what is wrong. Two completely different skillsets.}

Cracking review Ed01. Totally agree re Firmino, i am so glad he is undervalued as it means nobody will try and take him from us. i hope!

{Ed001's Note - fingers crossed mate!}

Absolutely brilliant read and I couldn't agree more with what you have wrote Editor #1. So I'm reading through it and then at the same time remembering each and every goal we scored, which was absolutely incredible all 4 of them.

I am so happy today not just because we beat Man City, but because we showed what we really are capable of beating anybody with a performance like that, it just shows how far we have come and that's without VVD and Keita who is joining soon.

There was a few mistakes yesterday, from a few players but overall the team played excellent. We are looking like a real unit, a threat, every team should/ will be afraid to face us now. What I love about this result is we showed the league it isn't impossible to beat them, other teams will want to try harder now and I truly believe that.

Alot of teams this season who have faced Man city seem to of been scared of them, scared to attack them, we did it and we beat them! It could've been by a higher margin, it should've been! we could've easily got 5-6 goals yesterday, been 4-1 up we kind of turned off a little and against a team like that we need to learn not to. As you have correctly stated Editor #1 putting Milner on was a mistake, I'm sure Klopp see's this now. I like Milner (as a person) but in all honesty I don't want to see him on the pitch again, he makes my heart skip a beat.

Overall I am absolutely delighted with the whole team and the management of it. We are really moving forward, we had a difficult start to the season really yet we have come back as a force and just done that! fair play to them all, I am excited about the future.

A big thank you for this review Editor #1.

{Ed001's Note - thank you very much Spooked.}

True Ed, but trying to solve a problem when you know what the problem is but not what the solution would be is FAR easier than trying to solve a problem when you have lots of potential problems but no idea what exactly needs fixing.

{Ed001's Note - good point, but that is why you usually have a team that involves analysts to pinpoint the problems and others to then go away and come up with solutions.}

You're very humble ed001, thank you very much for a great spot on review.

{Ed001's Note - I don't think I have ever been called that before!}

Great review ed.
Got a little smile when reading about Robertson.
Call me a romantic, but I have a soft spot for a "working your way up from nothing" story like his.
Buzzing still 😁.

{Ed001's Note - nothing wrong with being a romantic, it is a great story, so long as he doesn't sit back and light up a cigar thinking he has made it. So far he has not shown even a sign of doing that.}

thats the only word i could think of because that review was like the best 'scout' or 'performance analyst' match report who help managers set up for games and work on weak points and mistakes after matches i've seen on a site for the public before, these pundits know nothing compared to you. And you wouldn't accept your greatness so you must be humble, forgive me, my english is literally my 3rd language so i hope there is no misunderstanding because i was just trying to complement your work.

{Ed001's Note - I was very much happy for you to call me that, don't worry. It is just not something I usually get called. Normally quite the opposite if anything, so it was very nice and I am flattered you think the review was that good.}

The club and the fans should stop gushing Firmino lest Barcelona or Real start flirting with him. let's just hide our Brazilian away from those Spanish leaches. The lesser attention Bobby gets, the better for LFC.

Ed1 let me just restore balance to the world, your so up your a** Mario Balotelli asked for lessons on developing an ego. Too far? Hahah great review anyway.

{Ed001's Note - now that is more like I am used to! Cheers mate, things feel more like normal now. Though I am still trying to get me head round the ref in the Nantes-PSG game. I honestly thought I must have dreamt it when I woke up this morning, but no, he really did fall over a player, take a kick at him and then send him off!}

Ahh that spelling mistake irks me haha, and oh my gosh that referee was something else! To take a swipe and then be like here's a red card too? Devastating one-two combo.

{Ed001's Note - surely he has to have ended his own career with that card?}

It did look like the player gave him a very very slight push ed? Hilarious though, its like a 4 year old would react! My ball my rules!

{Ed001's Note - I am not sure if he did push him, it was a bit of nothing. What a reaction though!}

Agreed it was really petty, think the red card should get rescinded too, and when you think about it that wasn't even the worst coming together between a ref and a player, remember when Kolo Toure clotheslined that ref when he was playing for us? I imagine that's how my exam will go later with me being the ref and the paper being Kolo lol!

{Ed001's Note - are you going to do a Paul Alcock?}

Great review Ed01 as always, completely agree on everything you said especially robbo, great to see what a run of games does for confidence, let’s hope karius gets the same game time because you never know he may well surprise a few people. Bobby firmino wow what a talent we have here, just a question ed, with joe making a few similar mistakes recently do you think it would be good to take him away from the limelight or allow him to learn from them so his confidence won’t be dented? I love joe so I’m not having a go just wanted to know your view as I think very highly of your opinion!

{Ed001's Note - young players need to play through errors. Let them know the manager has confidence in them. You take them out when they get too full of themselves and stop trying. For me we stick with him and work him through the mistakes. We know he is good enough, so he needs support and to not fear making errors.

Exactly the opposite way to the way fans are treating our keeper!}
