People were asking him on a daily basis for his news, so in the end he just said half of what he knew. I don't think he will do it again either.

{Ed025's Note - i think your right with the first part mark, but i full expect him to contribute where and when he feels he can, hes not that fickle mate..

He might post on other topics but I don't think half transfers will be posted. let's hope so for the Ed's sake. All the Ed's speak highly of him so he does what he thinks is best. Anyway it was different.

It's ridiculous how everyday Macca was pestered to "give updates"? If he has anything he feels he should share, Macca may/ will share it. Isn't that obvious, no?
Why do we have adults (I assume) clamouring for information like kids in a toy market?

Bet these are the same people who take in all of the rubbish peddled by the media and socalled "ITKs" hook, line and sinker. Why? Cause of their desperation and child-like clamour for information, especially CERTAIN info.

There be story, an unsubstantiated and fake story, that LFC was interested in "top, top" player who wanted the move but then Liverpool "penny pinched" and the transfer then failed.
The media-led sheep would then be out in full force slagging the club for "incompetence", hating on the "greedy, penny pinching Yankees".
On what? On a basis of sh*t, sh*t media reports?

It's this ridicule clamour for information, minute-by-minute mostly, that causes fans to latch on onto every piece of the media/ "ITKs'" so called updates regardless if it's verified or not.

The reaction yesterday to Macca's post was as ludicrous and cringey as anything I'd ever seen.
Ed25 is right. It may have served everyone best if Macca had not posted that, given also that it was essentially non-information.

Imagine if it don't materialise? Macca, not for the first time, will be ripped into. And the owners will be maligned again for their "failures", even if no one had ANY idea whatsoever about those dealings, if any dealings at all indeed.

The Walcott "saga" of a few windows ago springs to mind. The meltdown and vitriol directed at the club, specifically the owners, was something else. Due to Coutinho exit, I fear something similar may be looming.
