Morning Eds
Lets take a break from all this transfer frenzy speculation so I can ask u the question do you honestly think Woodburn has a future at the club I know he is only what 18? but I expected to see a lot more of him this season do u think Klopp rates him enough or still sees him as a little raw would love to see more players like him being given a chance its certainly done wonders for Gomez and TAA .
Cheers Mate.

{Ed001's Note - he is just a kid, he will need time and patience, like Lingard did at United. I would expect nothing much for at least 2 years mate, it is more likely he will have loans. Klopp certainly rates him, but the lad is just not ready yet.}

Do you think the same could be said for Brewster time on loan to mature and fulfill potentional, be fantastic to start adding our youth players to our squad little by little as we haven't really brought anyone through for quite some time before the likes of TAA .
Cheers Mate.

{Ed001's Note - yes mate, though I think he will mature earlier, his skillset is not so reliant on experience to develop to its fullest. It is more instinctual when it comes to getting into goalscoring positions.}

Not really Liverpool related but as you mentioned him what’s your opinion on Lingard ed01?

{Ed001's Note - I like him a lot as a player, his only real problem has been immaturity, which he had continually displayed off the pitch. Now he is growing up, he is turning into an excellent player with a propensity for scoring important goals. What you get with him is good runs into dangerous areas and generally an end product. That is the most important thing of all, having an end product is so rare, most players display a lot of ability but it is all flashy and ends in a ball being given away needlessly. Lingard is more about doing something to affect the game in the right way.}

Lingard reminds me of Scholes.

Lingard will wash up at Everton in a few years time.

I would more say Freddie Ljungberg who used to make the same type of runs and score important goals for arsenal
scholes imo is on another level compared to lingard, but who knows maybe in a few years time he might be.

I hope they do right by Woodburn and don’t ruin his career but getting the next crucial couple of years wrong. He needs to play and a season under Coleman would be perfect as he’s seen him and believes in him so will put him on the pitch. Same with Rhian who’s only 6 months younger and probably going to be ready to play championship at 18.

I always get confused when I see "Lingard" and "scoring goals" in the same sentence cos I always assume he’s a goalkeeper xD.

Lingard is a 25yo that acts like a 16yo.
