Replacing Coutinho, do you replace him with a like for like player, or replace his quality in the team?

We could bring in a player like Lemar who would contribute a similar goal and assist output to Coutinho and be a creative force in the midfield.

Or do you strengthen other areas? We've already brought in a CB, we could bring in a new keeper. Perhaps drop Firmino back into playing in the hole and bring in a more conventional striker. I know both Salah and Firmino will easily hit 20-30+ goals this season but would you want to bring in a out and out striker who is proven to score 20+ a season?

Just wondering as at the moment we have so many midfielders and replacing Coutinho will be really difficult by just changing him like for like. We play with a 3 man midfield, Naby Keita will be a shoe in for next season, can play in a 2 man midfield but needs a more defensive midfielder next to him, one which we don't currently have, so if we have a midfield of say, Keita, Hendo (most def minded midfielder we will have next season) and then you can choose one of Lallana, Ox, Wiji, Grujic.

I'm not sure myself just wanted your guys opinions.

Please stop with this 20+ goals a season striker bullsh*ep. Such thing doesn't make any sence with the tactics we play. Just stop.

Just keep building, keep strengthening the team.
This season Klopp has strengthened by buying Salah, Oxlade, VVD and Robertson and Keita is coming.
Early days for VVD but he’s an obvious improvement.
Robbo is making Moreno up his game.
Oxlade has looked very accomplished.
Salah is on fire.

Ok Coutinho has gone, keep strengthening the squad. I would look to improve the GK next.

I'd like the balance in the team to bee addressed. A more natural CM to play in hendo's position. doesn't need to be a CDM, just someone who has a more natural instinct defensively. Ideal player but not surr if we in for him is ndidi. I'd then like to see hendo played in one of the box to box CM positions as part of that rotation.

Then add quality depth to the front 3. Ideal player and again not sure if we are in for him would be pulusic.
