What do eds think of mahrez as a option?

Edd002 I've seen you comment a few times on salah. Is he likely to leave this summer?
{Ed002's Note - I doubt it but he seemingly has a liking for Real Madrid and is worried about them adding the two wide players they are keen on.}

I think Ed002 sums it up. He’s a winger not a number 10 or able to play in centre midfield. Personally I would go for Gelson to replace Salah if it happened.

I can't understand how people can't see Mahrez being a good number 10. He has all the attributes to play there. Those who are disagree, can u please mention the attributes he's lacking? Klopp doesn't buy players based on their previous position but the attributes they possesses. Everyone was saying the same abt Salah (being surplus to requirments) . It's best to let Klopp worrying abt positions and adapting players to the side. He's much more competent than everybody on this forum footballing wise.

I was speaking to my Egyptian friend and he said the culture was very much Real Madrid is best in Egypt, and that that's where everyone wants to go, Madrid specifically not Barcelona so if Madrid do come a calling we may well be seeing Salah leave for his dream club.

I said if Madrid come a calling, and yeah it'd make sense why Salah and his parties approached Madrid, has he ever had a better time to see if he can make that move now?
