Ed 1 I know there's been a fair few center backs mentioned but who do you personally think would be the best fit to help solve are problems?

Yeh looks a cracking defender ed . What’s your opinion on gimenes? Being on a free we would be daft not to look at him.

{Ed001's Note - do you mean Jose Gimenez of Atleti? If so I like him a lot but I don't think we are going to get him, sadly.}

{Ed001's Note - I don't know off the top of my head where he is going, but I know both Barca and Real Madrid would take him in a heartbeat. My hunch is he will move to the other side of Madrid.}

Talking about DM's or the type that Klopp wants (one who is dynamic and can break up play, win possession and launch attacks), I saw Obiang vs Chelsea and he was very good for them. He has decent passing range, physical in the tackle and can get forward when the oppo. presents itself. I know Klopp looked at him last season as well, cos you said so hence, the reason I focused on him during the game. Do you think he has the abilities that Klopp is looking for and if the interest is still there? Cheers, man.

{Ed001's Note - personally I like him and said so last season that I think we missed out. The interest has yet to show any signs of being revived but I would see it as the club believing he is potentially a little too similar to Keita, though I would disagree on that.}

Thanks, Ed. Like you, I do not see any similarities btw Obiang and Keita myself but go figure. I am with you on Obiang cos he is very talented and never seems to be out of position. We'll see if Klopp goes back in for him again.
