Difference of managers
BODGERs- responsibility of loss is with players . some one xyz played bad that’s why we lost .
KLOPP - things happen sometime they go wrong . It’s just football, I take full responsibility of things that went wrong . Players are not kindergarten they will come back!
Such a refreshing change.

TO be fair to ‘bodgers’ what you said was not true, he used to say things never went our way and we showed great character. He may not have been the msot loved manager but he got us to second. Show respect. I love klopp he has his faults but I think he’s suited to us as a club, enjoy what we have and stop insulting managers of the past. I can accept reviewing aspects of his game but making up waffle about him is quite uncouth.

I don’t ever remember Rodgers blaming the players. He talked absolute nonsense yes but I can’t remember him blaming players.
Mourinho on the other hand has done it to such a degree he completely lost the dressing room. I remember Tim Sherwood slagging the Spurs players off and most recently Unsworth slagging the Everton players off last night! (Aren’t we all?! 😂)

That is not what Rogers was like at all, your just twisting it to suit your pointless comment. I don’t see why you’d compare Rogers and Klopp as if to say there’s some sort of improvement based on how they handle the press. Let’s make another pointless comparison and say Rogers has a better overall win ratio than Klopp.

Yes.

He would always say this-

We were outstanding
We showed excellent character

even if we played well or bad or dross.

This is motivating in a positive sense.

Bodgers fluked us to 2nd on Suarez back. And then he had 2 and a bit seasons of crap.
He was self promoting, talking about how he did this and that, it was annoying especially after the year we came 2nd when it just felt like he wouldn't take responsibility for bad results and only take it for wins.
