Is it possible to use firmino where coutinho plays in the midfield and then put Sturridge at cf? Bobby has too much class to not be in the 11 but I think he might be out of place at cr.

Bobby's strengths are best utilized in the attacking third. I think he'd be wasted in the midfield.

If we were playing a 4-2-3-1 then I’d agree and play him at no.10, however in our 4-3-3 with inverted wingers then he’s perfect as our striker.

The point is he’s supposed to drop deeper and create space for Mane and Salah to get in behind, and it’s no coincidence that Mane and Salah are so deadly with him in the team and he assists so many of their goals.

A classic case in point was Ox’s goal against West Ham, dropping deep, beautiful touch and turn, Salah cutting inside to pull players out of position, allowing Firmino to feed in Ox making the overlapping run into space. They were completely bamboozled by the movement and Sturridge just doesn’t have the same effect IMO.

Firmino plays up top, end of story. He epitomizes exactly what Klopp like his CF to do. He is the linchpin in everything good that we do up front. Mane, Salah and Ox cannot play nor score without him on the pitch as when he drops deep to pick up the ball, the space he creates is where these guys attack. He cannot do that from the no. 10 role. That is simply the truth. he is not your true no. ! ) and cannot unlock a defence the same way Cou can. He is able to do that from the CF position cos of the space he creates, where our wide attackers can run into.

Coutinho is a playmaker and one of the best who is at his peach when he picks out Firmino and not the other way. Coutinho excels in passing both short and long!
Firmino is brilliant in his movement on and off the ball especially inside the 6 yard box. Totally different players and god don’t swap their roles!
Ther is no substitute to Philippe Coutinho! Whether you like it or not!

Coutinho is past his best for Liverpool. As he no longer wants to play for us you can no longer count him as one of our best players. We do not need a replacement for him as Lallana will be back soon, hopefully.
Coutinho is best being sold in January for as much as we can get for him, then buy some good defenders as this is where our problem is. Personally I would go all out for Ben Mee and partner him with Gomez.

Well coutinho has been awful this season and what's worse is our results take a massive nose dive with him on the pitch this season, its like playing with 10 men at times! We started the season brilliant and won almost every game apart from the Watford one, he comes back in the side and we struggle badly, he's out again and we win 3 in a row. Coincidence? i think not!

There is a reason we rejected €100 mill offer from Barcelona aand will continue to reject offers from Barcelona unless we are very sure on who we bring in!
Lallana replacing Coutinho is like Henderon replacing Alonso in the deep midfield role!
Lallana was warming the bench until an year and half ago and he is close to 30! Phil is the future iniesta.
He single handedly got us top 4 last season when Lovren and Klavan had other ideas! Top scorer last year! Played out of position from past 3 years. Quoted £100 mill player!
Oh yes he is so poor! Isn’t he!

You must be obsessed with Hendo, Harry. That's just creepy and disturbing. In addition to that, when was Lallana ever on the bench as Ed asked? You must be watching another team in red as wha you say is simply false. If anyone has played a tonne under Klopp over the past 18 months, it is Lallana. Cou is the future Inieasta. Says who?
