I know there has been lots of talk about signings and klopp and results etc but just wondering how important the signing of a genuine world class coach might be
Your saw under arsenal when Pat Rice left what happened and how important Ronnie Moran was to us back in the day
Pako with Benitez etc
I just think you can have all the world class players you want but if you don't have the right coaches to train them day in day out it won't make a difference.
Also players have to be intelligent enough to take the coaching on board and apply when needed in games but also think for themselves.
Imagine what a Silvino Louro could do for our goalkeepers, I just wonder if their is anyone on that bench with the balls to tell klopp "this is not working because of this reason so try this" when the going gets tough.

Steve Clarke and Kenny made a solid pair as well! Clarke made us look really solid at the back! Pako and Rafa were a genuine case. We have been crying out for a GK coach from 3 good years now! I don’t think Klopp would make any changes there.

Seeing Schmichael on Monday night football really demonstrated how a good goal keeper coach could make a massive difference to keepers, especially young keepers. I am not saying we get him in, but we need a very good coach for the keepers.

{Ed001's Note - in what way? Kasper was awful on Monday night and he still gets lots of tips from his dad, so not sure Peter would be the best choice of coach, if you are suggesting him!}

GK coach is needed.
I think, generally speaking, managers and their coaching team come as a package. They find someone they like working with and stick together.
I'd let Klopp pick the coaches. 👍.
