One thing I don't get about can, I fully understand wanting to leave for juve - but because he doesn't start enough? If he can't force his way into a starting role here, how will he at juve?

It's a shame, I like can. Think he will become excellent. If I were him I'd stay but I trust klopp and if he doesn't see a role for him then fair enough. I don't understand why we didn't sell him while there was an offer tabled, took sanchez on loan or something. I hope he signs an extension.

I'd love to see him stay but he has to do what's right for his career and if that means moving then good luck to the kid.

Smeg, I normally love your posts BUT that was simply unfair and out of order. Can is a very good player, a strong member of the German team (which is not an easy team to get into, btw) and is wanted by one of the top 5 most successful clubs in Europe in the past 5 seasons. The boy has great ability and potential and Juve see him as a key member for them going forward. Btw, Germany and Juve do not harbour slouches nor scrubs (American slang for crap players) so that is a testament to his ability and potential.

Agreed bingo. Top top player, one of the guys who stood up at the back end of last season. I think he is the 2nd best midfielder at the club and I think a midfield of Can, Hendo and Keita would be amazing. But so would Henderson, lallana and keita.

Ed02, I know sanchez has been poor for Swansea so far but man, Wales must be some culture shock for the lad. I still think he is a fantastic player and I reckon he would've done better at a better club.

{Ed002's Note - Sanches joined Swansea because of Paul being there so there is familiarity. He didn't settle in Germany which is why this happened.}

If you don't understand why we didn't take Sanchez (either renato or Alexis) then I imagine this problem pops up frequently for you mate lol.
