whats with the defenders moving to full back position and Can coming to pick the pass from Mings. seams like kloop took a leaf out from Rodgers book.

It is how a lot of teams play now. Even at academy/ youth level.
The 2 centre backs go either side of the box whilst one of the midfielders drop in to the centre, basically making a triangle.
The 2 full backs push higher up the wings.
It is known as Dispersal. (the action or process of distributing or spreading things or people over a wide area) .

Barca has been doing that for years and so do other teams. I suggest you watch other teams and more football cos my friend, you are seriously lagging behind.
