So called fans calling for Klopps head after a dodgy week give ya heads a wobble. He can only train/ advise the players but it's up to the players to perform. Lovren failing to cut out a simple ball/ players switching off during a throw in are out of his control. Other than replacing certain players ( which he tried to do and failed. ) he's screwed. We all know where our problems lie but can anyone suggest who he could of signed to improve us. For some reason quality centre backs with leadership qualities are in very short supply at the moment. Although I'm pretty sure my nans got a better attention span than Lovren and Matip and she's dead.

Time and time again we lack leaders, organisers players who are managers on the field and do the dirty work.
They don't cost hundreds of millions they are just a unit in the middle a cog in a machine and we don't have any.

He messed up the transfers and continues to get the team selection and formation wrong
Aldervield would have been a perfect alternative to VVD

We have multiple centre backs that can't play in flat 4 and all our full backs are more like wing backs. remind me again who else should be blamed - oh and our 2 main keepers are useless

Do we need another 5 transfer windows to sort it out? Mourinho addressed his squad weaknesses in 2 transfer windows, crap to watch they may be but I'd rather be a winner than an entertaining loser.

Aldervield? On what planet do you think we have any chance of signing a top defender from one of our main rivals who are well known as difficult to deal with.

Clee Red couldn't agree more regarding leadership. Problem is Rodgers removed all the leaders cause they questioned his authority. Henderson doesn't inspire the lads the way Gerrard and Carra did. Even without them two we had Reina Agger Skertel Among others who would fight for the shirt. We haven't got that at the minute and we won't get that by signing someone cause the new boy is never gona be the boss. You need a seige mentality us against the world but until the lads have someone they'll follow to hell and back I'm afraid we'll fall short again and again.
