The fact that klopp thinks our defence ( if you can call it a defence) is good enough to compete in all competitions is worrying to say the least. Lovren would struggle in the championship.

I think he's aware.

It's scary that nothing is being done.

Managers go into teams and improve these issues without buying. Pulis fat sam etc.

The problem is do we shut up shop and play terrible football or play heavy metal exciting football but suffer these type of failings.

What makes you think he thinks it is good enough? When was the last time he used a consistent back 4?
Don’t bring up the Transfer window because it has been done to death that there is a real shortage of CBs who would fit our high line who would actually be available for us to buy without paying majorly over the odds like we we’re nearly doing with VVD.

If he didn't think it was good enough he just had 2 months to sort it out. The fact that it was vvd or no one is ridiculous.

Ed01 has said repeatedly that he wants to replace the whole crew of CB's BUT you simply can't do that in one window which is why he wanted VVD t all costs BUT he has himself to blame for that not happening as well.

The fact everyone is getting on klopps back after 2 games that could have easily went very differently. If we'd won 3 - 2 tonight and the defence did the exact same errors very little would have been made of them. The defence and teams defending needs to improve. It really shouldn't be that difficult the players are capable of much better. Moreno and and loved are clearly not world class but there are worse players in other teams who are part of a much better defensive unit. Lovren would probably walk into a lot of the league teams and be brilliant but he doesn't seem to be able to cope with Liverpool or how klopp plays.
