A question for the eds and not related to transfers, do the clubs have agreements between each other to allow managers access to watch games and if so are there any restrictions, i. e. Which games they can attend, cheers.

{Ed002's Note - Managers rarely attend but scouts do. In nearly all cases they request seats from the club itself so it is all pretty open.}
