If we are hoping to get 3 transfers in before the end of the window (I think we need 3 and that seems to be the general consensus) surely we should be seeing some news this week with regards to at least one of the deals?!

A week and a half to go Ed001 are you as worried as the rest of us 😂?

We do need another wide player given the lack of rest Mane is getting currently. He'll be starting against hoffenheim and arsenal so that'll be 5 games in two weeks!

Some people are so engrossed in football.

There are far more important things than football and Liverpool, such as who will become Brucies replacement and what format the new x factor will take this year.

Personally i would have thought that kent would be the perfect understudy but i have seen reports that he may be sent out on loan again to germany this time. I have mixed feelings about this, he obviously benefitted from playing regularly at barnsley and playing regularly in the bundesliga will definately bring him on again. But he could also do a job for us right now but he would not play regularly. I just don't know how to call this one in afraid.

Either way he def deserves the new contract he has been given as he has clearly applied himself last year and he has improved.
