Is it just me or does the below comment from Couts really confuss you as well? Does he not want to be something more? 😐

He said that to appease us fans which we fell for hook line and sinker. His true colours are now coming out and to be fair he needs to go. Every year we go through the same rigmarole with a player I'm sick and tired of it. Get rid now please he's burnt his bridges get as much as we can. He needs to remember we dragged him from the gutter and made him the player he now is. Rant over sorry people.

There was a really crap interview on the LFCTV website with Torres about a few weeks before he left. Was gushing nonsense. I don't read anything into these things other than clickbait.
