Paul Joyce has now confirmed Coutinho has told Klopp he doesn't want to play for Liverpool again! Ed how can there be a way back for him if we don't sell him now he has said that please?

{Ed001's Note - easily. Far worse things have been said in the past by other players that have stayed.}

That was my first concern. How he'll take it. That's fine if he's taking a strop. He better sort it out in the next two weeks otherwise he'll wave goodbye to a place in the world cup for Brazil next year.
He's not for sale. 120, 130 million it doesn't matter at this stage. There no advantage to losing your best player.

If he doesn't want to play for club then you get as much as possible for the club and move him on! I've always liked him but better players have left than him. So we move on and adapt. Y. N. W. A.

A couple of weeks ago we were all saying what a fine professional he was and he would not force a move. Just goes to show that nothing should surprise us in this game.

Cheers ed. You don't think he will go into games half arsed then if he stays?

{Ed001's Note - no.}

Coutinho is employed by Liverpool Football Club. If he breaks his contract by refusing to play. Send him home, away from Melwood and stop his wages immediately.
He's being totally disloyal and disrespectful to Klopp and the fans.
Treat him the same.

Ed is spot on. Suarez did way worse than Cou could ever do (refused to play, took us to a tribunal, bit a player or two, racially abused a player (allegedly), got KK fired, the whole lot and we still accepted him.

Cou knows that we may or may not be sold and he had better be ready to sort his head out, be a pro and get on with it cos in the end, it's a World Cup year and Tite his Brazilian manager, does not play favorites.

The transfer window closes in about 2 weeks, once it does he'll buckle down and get on with it, if he doesn't he runs the risk of missing out on the Brazil squad for the World Cup.

I don't think he'll be half arsed when played. If he is half arsed, he'll not be played. When he does play, I think he'll just be more desperate to perform.
