2 things can't wijnaldum play no 10 role played it at feyenord an scored loads an assisted too, also wasnt firminio an attacking midfielder at hoffenheim we can play them in num 10 role an buy a proper deadly striker I think it makes sense, I like solanke a lot but he young, origi has lost his confidence an not progressed an sturridge well we all know he is quality but also a liability wid injury.

Wijnaldum could play there and that will make some sense! It was stupid from Klopp to deploy him in the deeper role last season. He can score goals provide you play him high up. Ask him to break up the play is plain dumb.
He is al old school ACM and good one but a poor CM and he would never be one!
All this to work you need a top class holding mid to spray passes all over the pitch and start the attack from deep.
I would gladly drop Lallana to play Wiji high up.

For me Wijnaldum looks lost in his current postition this season. I didn't see much of him at Newcastle but I remember him being a right handful when we played them on the day he scored 2 (I think I'd memory serves me right)

He's so wasted at CM. Playing no where near his capability at the moment, playing very basic and easy. If he was deployed as a CAM from the start and given freedom we would of seen a completely different player imo.

Wij struggles to play a simple pass out wide. Amount of times I have seen him pass out to a full back and him just over cook it and it go out of play.

Great play as an engine and breaking up play but not to create goals.
