1. hypothetical question, would we be able to afford both vvd and nobby without selling coutinho? just wondering.

2. if we can't what about after selling coutinho? i would think were almost certain to be selling him to barcelona.

Coutinho was always going to go at some point to spain.

Take the money and let him go, it won't be as big a loss as when saurez went.

Lavers, you're right, it won't be as big a loss as suarez but we fell off the edge of a cliff when he left. Had he stayed, I'm convinced we would have won the league. If Coutinho stays, I'd say we improve on our points total from last season, if he goes I think we'll slip back out of the top 4 and back into transition. Simple as that for me, we have to keep him.

I'm with you on saurez liverducks.

I just feel coutinho is still too inconsistent for me and 100mil seems like a cracking bit of business. I know even on a bad day he keeps 2 players busy marking him, but with salah coming in he will have the same effect.

For me personally id be more bothered about mane going than coutinho.
