Ed's do you think Liverpools apparent lack of business in the transfer market is to do with the lack of available talent in the positions we require?

I understand Klopp hasn't helped the situation and Coutinho wanting out too but I get the feeling we've had roughly one target in each position and no more, and it'll result in another Balotelli style knee jerk. We all know how that went.
